Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data I collect when you join Biz In A Box (The Ownership Method), apply for Done For You, or write to me, why I collect it, and what rights you have. I wrote it in plain English on purpose.

1. What I collect

• Your Done For You application: name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), your YouTube channel or website (optional), what you teach, where you are now, and your time answer.
• Our messages: what you send me by email or WhatsApp.
• Your GoHighLevel signup (Free option): the email and company name of the GoHighLevel account you started through my link, so I can confirm it in my HighLevel affiliate dashboard and give you access.
• Payment details: I send payment requests through Wise. I see your name, the amount and the date. I never see or store your card or bank details.
• Your project material: if you join, the scripts, brand assets and answers you share so I can build your system.

2. Why I use it

• To review your application, confirm your GoHighLevel signup, and reply to you (steps you ask for before a contract).
• To deliver the program you joined (performance of a contract).
• To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
• To send you occasional emails about my programs, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Who processes it for me

I use a small set of tools to run the business: GoHighLevel (forms, CRM and email), Google (email and documents), Wise (payments), the HighLevel affiliate dashboard (it shows me who started GoHighLevel through my link) and WhatsApp (messages, only if you choose it). Each one processes data under its own terms and security rules. I never sell your data, and I never share it for anyone else's marketing.

4. Your own accounts

Your AI Avatar tools (HeyGen, ElevenLabs), your YouTube channel and your GoHighLevel account run in your own name. The data inside them is yours and is covered by those providers' policies. I only access them with your permission, to build what you asked for.

5. Transfers outside the UK

Some of these providers store data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long I keep it

• Applications I do not accept: deleted within 12 months.
• Free option signup checks: kept while you have course access.
• Client records and payment records: 6 years, for accounting.
• Project material: until the program ends, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, and you can object to how I use it. Email [email protected] and I reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Cookies

This page does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The hosting platform may set essential cookies so the page works.

9. Changes

If I change this policy, I update the date at the top. For important changes, I tell current clients by email.
