Terms of Service

These terms apply when you join Biz In A Box, in any of its three options. By joining, you agree to them. I kept them short and in plain English.

1. What you get

  • Option 1, Free: the Biz In A Box course (4 phases), the bonuses, and the community when it opens. You build it on your own, at your own pace.
  • Option 2, Done With You: everything in Free, plus 4 one to one coaching sessions and 90 days of follow up by email or WhatsApp.
  • Option 3, Done For You: everything in Done With You, plus 12 evergreen YouTube videos made for you in about 12 weeks, my setup (the Ownership Snapshot) installed and customized in your GoHighLevel account, the one word comments set up for every video, and your AI Avatar set up for you if you want one. Only 4 seats.

2. GoHighLevel and the Free option

  • Every option runs on your own GoHighLevel account, in your own name. GoHighLevel is a separate subscription (97 USD per month Starter, or 297 USD per month Unlimited), paid by you directly to GoHighLevel. Its fees are not part of my price. The same applies to HeyGen, ElevenLabs and any other tool in your name.
  • I earn a commission if you buy through my link. It does not cost you anything extra.
  • The course and the bonuses are only for people who start GoHighLevel through my link, and only as long as the account stays with my link. If it leaves my link, I may end access to the course and the bonuses.

3. Applying (Done For You only)

Applying is free and does not commit you to anything. I review every application personally and may accept or decline it. Free and Done With You need no application.

4. Price and payment

  • Free: 0 USD to me.
  • Done With You: 297 USD, one time, paid through my Wise payment link. After your payment, I send you the link to book your sessions.
  • Done For You: 1,800 USD for 3 months, paid upfront through a Wise payment request after I accept your application. Work starts when the payment arrives.
  • Nothing is charged automatically, and nothing renews by itself.

5. Time frames

  • Done With You: please book and use your 4 sessions within the 90 days of follow up.
  • Done For You: 3 months, with no long term commitment after that. If I fall behind the weekly video schedule, I continue until all 12 videos are delivered, at no extra cost.

6. No refunds, full accountability

Payments for Done With You and Done For You are not refundable. Instead, I promise accountability: if you do the work and you are stuck, I work with you until your setup is live. The condition: you complete the questionnaire for each phase.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

7. Your part

  • Done With You and Done For You: give it 2 to 6 hours a week: answer questions, and approve on time.
  • Done For You: you approve your visual style once, at the start. Then you approve every script while it is still only text, before the video is made. That is when you can change anything.
  • Done For You: reviewing the finished video is optional. If you review it, you get one round of corrections: a typo, a wrong name, a wrong number, an audio issue. A correction is something that is wrong, not something you would like to look different.
  • Only send material you have the right to use, and keep your content true and within YouTube's rules.

8. Who owns what

You own your channel, your videos, your email list and your GoHighLevel account. I own my courses, apps, templates and the Ownership Snapshot. You may use them for your own business, but you may not resell or share them. After Done For You you are not tied to me: you keep running my apps with no monthly fee to me.

9. Results

Results vary. I do not promise any income, number of leads or views. YouTube usually needs 60 to 90 days before new videos start to show up in search. Your results depend on your topic, your effort and your market.

10. Other tools

The program depends on tools I do not control, such as YouTube, GoHighLevel, HeyGen and ElevenLabs. If one of them changes or stops a feature, I adapt the setup, but I am not responsible for their decisions.

11. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid me. I am not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

12. What Biz In A Box is

Biz In A Box is my method and my setup. GoHighLevel is the software it runs on. It is not a franchise and not a business opportunity, and HighLevel does not endorse this program.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

14. Changes and contact
